Contract Application Our expertise can assist with fixed price, cost type, time & material, and service contracts from the initiation of RFP, RFQ, IFB,IDIQ, Commerce Business Daily notices, or other notices provided by the Government. We can review the documents and provide recommendations for your response including the review of the terms and conditions for those contracts. We can provide guidance as to your company’s approach to comply with these terms or to take exception to them where appropriate. We can provide guidance if you are required to maintain a Government Property system to track Government owned hardware. Accounting Structure, Indirect Cost and Labor Rates/Pricing/Proposals Our expertise will help you determine the best accounting structure or modifications to your structure to incorporate FAR and CAS requirements as appropriate to ensure that rates used for pricing of proposals complies with the regulations. We can review your general ledger and identify indirect costs and certain direct costs that need to be excluded from your costs within your rates. We can assist in the determination of and negotiation of the proposed forward and final pricing rates and the proposals in which they are used. We can assist or prepare pricing proposals and submissions to Government agencies. We can support pre-award, post award and final contract audits of these submissions with the Government or prime contract customer.
